How do I place orders on ElegaTrend?

To place an order on ElegaTrend you must select the product you wish to purchase, choose the quantity you wish per size with the + and - symbols (or by writing the desired quantity in the box) and then click on "Add to cart".

To finalize the order and proceed to payment click on "Go to cart" or on the cart icon in the menu at the top right of the screen. Here you will see the summary of your order where you can still apply changes, cancel or add products, choose the country and type of shipment you prefer.

By clicking on "Confirm order", you will be asked to fill in the shipping and billing information and choose the payment method.

By choosing to pay by credit card, PayPal and Sofort you will be automatically sent to the payment page.

If you choose bank transfer, your order will be reserved by the system and a confirmation email will be sent to you with the bank transfer details necessary for payment. 

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation email with the status of the order. This can also be viewed in the "My Orders" section of your profile.

Why can’t I see the option to pay for my order by credit card / PayPal?

If you do not see the credit card / PayPal payment option it could be because:

  • The weight of your order exceeds 50 kg. Automatic shipping costs are only calculated on orders weighing up to 50kg.  
  • The shipping costs for delivery to the country you have selected are not calculated automatically. 

Should you still wish to pay for your order by Klarna, credit card or PayPal, please contact us on stating your requirements. 



Which couriers do you rely on for international shipments?

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, PostNord and Boxberry couriers.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier.

ElegaTrend ships to 170 countries. Refer to "Shipping guide" on our home page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment. Other non-express shipments are usually delivered within 2 – 8 working days.

What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

With DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.

All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.

Do shipping costs include VAT?

No, shipping costs are exempt from VAT. VAT if applicable, will be included in the order.
